Indoor Shadow Theater Studio

Use without printing: Read the included scripts on screen and perform them aloud as a small readers' theater, assigning the characters to different voices. Plan scenes and your own character designs in a notes or drawing app. Building the supplied shadow stage and puppets remains a separate craft activity requiring physical materials; an interactive digital stage is not included.
Turn a quiet indoor afternoon into a little paper-theater performance. Indoor Shadow Theater Studio brings together cut-and-build templates, gentle original stories, and practical setup instructions for making a small tabletop shadow stage.
This is a digital printable download. No physical stage, puppets, flashlight, paper, or craft supplies are shipped.

What you will need
A printer; US Letter or A4 paper; opaque card or thin cereal-box cardboard; scissors; pencil; ruler; glue stick; removable tape; tracing paper or translucent baking parchment for the screen; and a battery-powered LED flashlight or cool LED light. Use stable books or a box to support the light. A blunt paper straw can optionally reinforce a handle.
Before you begin
Print the templates at 100% / actual size. These PDFs are designed for printing and hand assembly, not digital form filling. Makers should be able to follow the cutting and assembly instructions. Adult help is recommended for stiff card and the inside cut for the stage window. Use a cool LED light only; never use a candle, flame, or hot bulb.
Use and license
Print reasonable copies for personal use and one household, classroom, or community group that you lead. Noncommercial live performances by that group and adaptations for accessibility or private group use are permitted. Do not share, upload, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files; sell templates, scripts, or printed activity sets; or distribute them beyond your permitted group. Commercial performance, public recording distribution, and broader publication rights are not included. Full license terms are in the included README.
The styled hero image is an illustrative craft scene. Props and supplies shown are not included. The other gallery images show actual pages from the printable PDFs.
