Refund Policy

Carnal Magic sells both digital products and physical merchandise, and refund handling may differ depending on the type of product purchased.

Digital products are generally considered final once they have been successfully delivered or made available for download. Please contact us if a digital file was not delivered, is damaged or unusable, or if you were charged more than once for the same purchase.

Physical merchandise may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or other resolution when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or when otherwise required by applicable law. Please contact Carnal Magic before returning a physical item so we can review the order and provide the appropriate instructions.

Refund eligibility may depend on the product, order circumstances, and fulfillment provider.
